We are currently looking for a full-time, seasonal employee for reception and administration.

Reception/administration
Looking for a full-time, seasonal employee for reception and administration for a shared office space. You would be performing a variety of tasks for two businesses located in the same building, an engineering firm and a tax office. Employment would begin February 24, 2025 and end mid-May. Hours worked would be eight hours per day, Monday through Friday.
The reception duties include greeting clients, answering phone and email inquiries, booking appointments, and taking messages.
Administration duties would be varied, but include preparing documents for professional use, collecting signatures from clients, file management, taking payments, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Software and apps used by the two offices include:

- Square
- Wix Bookings
Experience with any of these is an asset, but not required.
The successful candidate will have:

Wage is $25 per hour.
